Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Job Summary: The Senior Full Stack Software Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale, multi-client web and mobile applications. This role involves working across the entire technology stack, including front-end, back-end, database management, and DevOps, with a strong emphasis on scalable, high-performance solutions. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring applications meet business and technical requirements while adhering to accessibility and security standards. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and expand data pipelines involving extraction, transformation, and loading processes. • Translate technical system specifications into tested, working applications through coding, compiling, and unit testing. • Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues during software use, including implementation, conversion, and migration support. • Collaborate with IT professionals across the Software Development Life Cycle using structured methodologies. • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications using object-oriented and third-generation programming languages. • Develop and integrate front-end UI with RESTful APIs and back-end services. • Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient software delivery. • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues. • Conduct design walkthroughs and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as AODA and WCAG. • Develop mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native and related technologies. Required Skills & Certifications: • 10+ years of experience in software design and development of large-scale web applications. • Strong hands-on experience with Java development, Azure SQL, Dataverse, and Oracle databases. • 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js. • Proficiency in mobile app development using React Native for iOS and Android platforms. • Experience with microservice architecture and core architecture principles. • Knowledge of security protocols including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and SSL certificates. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and object-oriented design patterns. • Strong database and SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server). • Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Scrum/Agile frameworks. • Proven knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, AODA). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills & Certifications: • Experience with blockchain and smart contract development using Solidity. • Knowledge of message-oriented, reactive, and event-based architecture styles. • Familiarity with middleware, gateways, and integration technologies. • Experience with Java WebLogic, Tomcat, EJB, and Servlet technologies. • Knowledge of App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes. • Experience with rapid application development (RAD) methodologies. • Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and front-end frameworks such as AngularJS. • Experience creating reusable, testable modules and components in React and Angular environments. • Familiarity with native mobile development languages (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin) and bridging with React Native. Special Considerations: • Must be available for 5 days onsite as required. • Ability to work under pressure with aggressive timelines and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse functional and technical teams. Scheduling: • Standard full-time schedule with flexibility to meet project deadlines. • May require participation in on-call support or extended hours depending on project needs.
