How ResumeKart earns from partners
ResumeKart is free to use for most of what it does. Part of what keeps it free is the ResumeKart Partner Network: a circle of partners that pay ResumeKart when a candidate it introduces goes on to enrol, book or apply. This page says exactly how that works, so a candidate can weigh any recommendation with the full picture.
What ResumeKart earns
- Affiliate commissions. When a candidate clicks through to a partner course provider (edX, Udemy, Coursera, upGrad, Scaler, Simplilearn) and buys a course or programme, the provider pays ResumeKart a percentage of that sale. The candidate pays the same price either way.
- Referral fees from institutes. When a candidate sends an admissions enquiry to a partner institute through ResumeKart and later enrols, the institute may pay ResumeKart a referral fee. The enquiry itself is free and goes to the institute unchanged.
- Campus and employer subscriptions. Institutes and employers may subscribe to ResumeKart products for their students or hiring teams. A subscription does not buy a place in any recommendation.
What never decides a recommendation
The “Partner picks” shown on job pages, city and role pages, guides, the market report and the resume-score results are chosen by three things only: the skill gaps ResumeKart found, the role in question, and the candidate's city. A partner that matches none of those is not shown, whatever it pays. Among partners that do match, a paid placement can move a partner up the list — it cannot put an irrelevant one on it.
How every partner is labelled
Every partner card and page carries the word Partner (for example “Partner course provider” or “Partner institute”). Outbound links to partners are marked rel="sponsored". A Verified partner badge means ResumeKart has checked the organisation exists, is who it says it is, and has agreed to the partner terms; it is not an endorsement of any specific course or outcome.
The six circles
- Learn. Course providers that close the skill gaps ResumeKart finds in a resume.
- Study. Institutes and colleges from the ResumeKart Campus programme.
- Coach. Career coaches and resume writers who work one-to-one with candidates.
- Compete. Hackathons, case competitions and challenges that turn skills into proof.
- Hire. Employers and hiring drives that recruit through ResumeKart.
- Amplify. Communities, creators and media that carry a candidate further.
Reviews
Reviews on partner pages are written by signed-in ResumeKart members and checked before publication for spam and abuse, not for sentiment. A partner cannot pay to remove a review.
What a candidate's data is used for
An enquiry sent through a partner page goes to that partner and to ResumeKart's own ledger, so the candidate can be followed up if the partner does not reply. ResumeKart does not sell resume contents or score results to partners. A partner never sees a resume unless the candidate sends it to them.
