Human Resource Recruiter

: • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on interview status • Maintain and update candidate database • Handle onboarding and documentation of selected candidates • Assist in employer branding and engagement activities when required • Ensure timely closure of open positions • Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs Skills: Sourcing, Screening, Onboarding, Interviewing, Hr Coordination, Recruitment Experience: 1.00-3.00 Years
