Volume Hiring: Lead large-scale hiring for: 1. Customer Success 2. Sales 3. Inside Sales 4. Contact Centre 5. Customer Support 6. Operations - Build predictable hiring pipelines for high-volume functions. - Improve hiring speed without compromising quality. Recruitment Operations: - Drive recruitment process excellence through standardized hiring practices. - Optimize recruiter productivity, hiring SLAs, and stakeholder satisfaction. - Improve candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle. Employer Branding: - Strengthen Shaadi.com's employer brand across campuses and lateral markets. - Build innovative sourcing strategies through digital platforms, referrals, and recruitment marketing. - Position the company as an employer of choice. Data & Analytics: - Build a data-driven recruitment function. - Monitor key metrics including: 1. Time to Hire 2. Cost per Hire 3. Offer Acceptance 4. Quality of Hire 5. Source Effectiveness 6.
