Field Sales Manager - Central Region Join a dynamic team as a Field Sales Manager and take the lead in driving business growth across the Central Region, including Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Michigan.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with end users and distributor partners, leveraging your sales expertise to expand market share, promote innovative products, and fuel revenue growth.

Location: OH, KY, MI, WV (must reside in one of these states) Salary: $120-140K base plus bonus What You’ll Need: Proven track record in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager Exceptional “hunter” sales skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets Strong relationship-building and communication skills to motivate distributors and end users Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies within a designated territory Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales tactics accordingly Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Nice to Have: Experience working with or in industries related to manufacturing, construction, or industrial products Knowledge of the specific market dynamics within the Central Region MBA or advanced certifications in sales, marketing, or related fields Experience with product training and promotional program development Attendance at industry trade shows and active participation in professional associations Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of successful sales experience, with a record of building long-term client relationships Experience in developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively Other Requirements: Must reside within the Central Region (OH, KY, WV, MI) Frequent travel within the territory required (50-75%) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, carry sample bags, and stand or sit for extended periods Willingness to actively participate in industry events and trade shows Take command of your sales career by applying now—bring your energy, strategic mindset, and passion for growth to this exciting opportunity!
