BDE / BDM – Domestic Staffing

What You’ll Do: • Generate new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing & Recruitment sector • Identify and acquire new clients through calls, LinkedIn, email & networking • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 3–8 years of experience in Staffing/Recruitment Sales or B2B Business Development ✔️ Strong client acquisition and negotiation skills ✔️ Good understanding of domestic staffing/hiring models ✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔️ Target-driven and proactive approach Skills:- Sales, Lead Generation and Staff augmentation
