About the Role RELYzIT Talent is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Web Developer for a freelance assignment (3 months, Belgium) with our client, a leading force in the fight against organized crime and cyber threats. You will play a pivotal role in building a next-generation Case Management System (CMS) web application, directly impacting international police cooperation and operational excellence. As a Frontend Web Developer, you will help deliver a robust, scalable, and secure web solution that empowers operational teams to process and share critical information efficiently. Your work will directly support the fight against cybercrime, terrorism, and organized criminal activity, ensuring that technology serves as a force multiplier for justice and security across Europe and beyond. Key Responsibilities • Lead the frontend development of a modern, modular SPA web application using Angular and Micro-Frontend architecture. • Integrate with backend microservices via REST APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and operational reliability. • Model and standardize data entities, collaborating closely with backend and UX/UI teams. • Implement user interfaces based on provided UX/UI designs, focusing on modularity, usability, and accessibility. • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system resilience. • Utilize Git and GitLab for source control, branching, pull requests, and code reviews, maintaining high standards of code integrity. • Work within an Agile Scrum framework, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative planning. • Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, new technologies, and shifting project priorities. • Contribute to the ongoing maintenance, technology upgrades, and feature enhancements of the solution post-launch. • Champion best practices in frontend security, authentication (OpenID Connect, OAuth2), and performance optimization.
