Learning & Development Project/Product Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview: Pay Range: $78.20hr - $83.20hr Requirement/Must Have: • Experience overseeing the implementation of training initiatives across diverse operating units, assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and reporting on outcomes. • Experience providing oversight of training curriculum maintenance and new development, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements. • Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives that address regulatory and operational challenges. • Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers to prepare and deliver clear and concise training recommendations. • Experience defining training project requirements, developing implementation roadmaps, and managing execution while navigating obstacles. • Minimum 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities: • Manage learning projects and portfolios by providing strategic direction to the Enterprise Learning & Development group to ensure that the workforce possesses the knowledge and skills required to work safely, in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements. • Help to close performance gaps as well as implement solutions that shape performance across the organization. Nice to Have: • Experience assessing the impacts of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on electric grid infrastructure and operational processes for customer service or craft and experience reporting findings to key regulatory stakeholders. • Experience interpreting and aligning technical business operations with regulatory requirements across multiple organizational units, including craft work, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. • Experience implementing automation solutions that ensure compliance with policy or governing agencies while embedding safeguards in process design.
