Production Manager - Learning & Development

We're looking for a highly organized, client-focused Production Manager to lead learning engagements from kickoff through delivery.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional teams across Instructional Design, Creative, Development, Quality Assurance, and Learning Strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality.

This is an individual contributor role and does not include direct people management responsibilities.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of learning and development projects while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.

You'll manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication while ensuring work progresses efficiently from project kickoff through completion.

This role also supports ELB Learning 's public sector engagements, requiring experience managing projects within federal, state, local government, and education environments, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, reporting standards, and delivery milestones.
