PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Implementation Training Manager who will be a critical part of our consolidation efforts, empowering our teams with the knowledge and skills needed for a smooth and transparent transition.

This role owns the end-to-end educational architecture required to transition, upskill and empower our workforce across multiple complex platform migrations.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.

Operating with a high degree of latitude and responsibility, this role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams to align educational milestones with corporate consolidation timelines, mitigate operational friction, and protect business continuity.
