LMS Program Manager

Position Overview Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategy, optimization, and delivery of technology solutions that support a world-class digital learning experience.

This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and product teams, translating business needs into technical requirements while driving platform enhancements, process improvements, and technology initiatives across the learning ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS), business analysis, and cross-functional program management.

This role is responsible for optimizing learning platform experiences, gathering and documenting business requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. Location: Remote (U. S.)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for learning technology platforms, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), Adobe Connect, Qualtrics, TidWit, SharePoint, and curriculum development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Rise.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements across the organization. Develop a deep understanding of learning platform user experience challenges and identify opportunities for optimization.

Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for Product and Engineering teams. Support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and enhancement recommendations based on stakeholder needs.

Lead technology initiatives including platform migrations, automation efforts, enhancements, and strategic improvement projects. Manage project plans, identify risks, communicate project status, and ensure successful on-time delivery.
