This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting operations with talent sourcing and candidate engagement. You will serve as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, helping deliver a thoughtful, efficient hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.

You will manage the details that keep hiring moving - from interview coordination and candidate communication to sourcing, screening, offer administration, and ATS workflow management.

This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who is comfortable operating independently, can manage competing priorities with sound judgment, and is eager to grow into broader full-cycle recruiting ownership.

You will Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels; manage reschedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Own candidate communications throughout the process, including interview confirmations, preparation, follow-up, and status updates.

Partner with the Head of TA to source and build diverse pipelines for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent mapping, and other outbound strategies.

Review resumes and conduct structured initial screens for defined roles, evaluating core qualifications, motivation, and alignment with role requirements. Maintain accurate, timely data and workflows, including candidate stages, interview feedback, requisition activity, and reporting. Co
