In this role, you'll partner closely with Hiring Managers to build high-performing teams, drive data-informed hiring decisions, and continuously improve recruitment through analytics, AI, and market insights.

We're looking for someone with a strong product mindset who is passionate about building exceptional teams, challenging the status quo, and making a measurable impact on business growth.

What you'll do: Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and other business-critical roles. Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring priorities.

Own recruitment analytics , tracking hiring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and using data to continuously optimise hiring performance. Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence , including salary benchmarking and competitor research, to support strategic hiring decisions.
