About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, thoughtful, and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional recruiting experience at Tailscale . This is initially a 6 month contract position with the potential to extend and/or convert to a full-time role based on business needs and performance.

Reporting initially to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers, hiring managers, interview teams, and candidates to keep recruiting processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Over time, this role is expected to align under our Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs function as that team evolves. This is more than a scheduling role.

You’ll help create a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring team experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and help Talent Acquisition scale effectively.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, brings exceptional attention to detail, communicates proactively, and enjoys finding better ways to make complex processes feel seamless.
