Role Purpose: The Executive Assistant to the Director - Sales & Operations is a senior, high-impact leadership role functioning as a strategic partner and Chief of Staff-style support to the Director. The role focuses on business strategy, sales performance, operations, financial management, and enterprise-level decision support rather than administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Decision Support: - Strategic planning support for sales, operations, and growth initiatives - Market intelligence, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments - Data-driven insights and decision frameworks for leadership Sales Strategy & Revenue Management: - Sales funnel tracking, forecasting, and inventory velocity analytics - Pricing strategy collaboration and revenue optimization - Channel partner and campaign performance analysis Project & Operations Management: - Cross-functional coordination across sales, construction, finance, CRM, and marketing - Monitoring project milestones and operational KPIs - Process optimization and efficiency initiatives - Advanced MIS dashboards for sales, cash flows, and profitability Stakeholder & Leadership Interface: - Preparation of leadership presentations Key Deliverables & Success Metrics (12 - 24 Months): - Robust MIS enabling real-time business visibility - Improved sales predictability and cash flow optimization - Enhanced operational discipline and execution efficiency Candidate Profile: - Education: MBA / PGDM from IIMs, NICMAR, or equivalent premier institutions - Experience: 2+ years in real estate, infrastructure, or allied sectors - Core Competencies: Strategy, analytics, finance, project and operations management Behavioral Attributes: - Ownership mindset, executive presence, analytical rigor, and problem-solving orientation
