Recruitment Strategy and Planning : • Develop, execute, and optimize recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals. • Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with department heads. • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment practices to ensure competitive positioning. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development : • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships. • Implement effective sourcing techniques, including passive candidate recruitment. Candidate Selection and Interview Process : • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes. • Implement and manage interview guidelines and assessment techniques for consistency. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria, interview processes, and evaluation methods. Reporting and Compliance : • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide reports to senior management. • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with employment laws and company policies. • Manage recruitment budgets and expenses effectively. Qualification Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition • Proven track record in hiring across various levels and functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Skills : • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and platforms. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
