Description We are looking for a motivated HR Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting the best talent for our organization. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about recruitment and can work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements. • Conduct reference checks and background screening for potential candidates. • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and networking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
