Job Description
Position Summary:
If you are ready for an exciting career, you would be responsible for the following:
1. Responsible for talent acquisition for lines of business operating in allocated region.
2. Develop and execute recruiting plans for non-managerial positions for the region through applying various routes and mix of recruitment channels (internal referrals, recruitment consultants, job portals and other social networks). Ensure fulfilment within the stipulated cycle time and cost parameters
3. Work to create a strong employer brand by partnering with external agencies and strengthening of internal employee referral scheme
4. Work to build a strong network within and outside the organization. Do competition analysis and identify trends to tap suitable candidates
5. Responsible for HR function for employees based in the region. This includes implementation of Human Resources programs and policies including induction, training, transfers, confirmations, appraisals, and policy clarification
6. Play a critical role in the on boarding and assimilation of new hires in the region into company culture, policies, processes etc by driving initiatives in lateral engagement.
7. Participate in driving Employee Perception Survey (EPS), 360-degree leadership survey and online and offline administration of Performance Management System for all the lines of business operating in the region
8. Handling entire admin & HR compliance for Regional Office & Branches pertaining to the region.
9. Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
10. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Postgraduate in Human Resources, with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Requirements:
- High customer orientation- understanding the true need of the customer and then working out solutions
- Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people
- Good communication (both oral and written), networking and influencing skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, work in a team environment, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems
- High on initiative & drive
