Manager Talent Acquisition

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers. • Manage the full recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse and qualified candidates. • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms when necessary. • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. • Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. REQUIREMENTS: • 4-6 years of proven work experience as an HR Executive. • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. • Experience with full-cycle recruiting. • Must have completed graduation and post-graduation (MBA) from a recognized university. • Good organizational, presentation, and time management skills. • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Must have excellent communication skills.
