President - Operations - Automotive

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage operations across multiple manufacturing plants. - Drive Plant P&L, cost optimization, productivity, and operational performance. - Oversee manufacturing, quality, production, and supply chain operations. - Lead business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. - Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM, and operational excellence practices. - Drive business process excellence and improve plant efficiency. - Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. - Develop and mentor plant leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational goals. Required Skills: - 18-25 years of experience in manufacturing operations. - Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing plants. - Strong expertise in: 1. Plant P&L Management 2. Sheet Metal Manufacturing 3. Manufacturing & Quality 4. Supply Chain Operations 5. Operational Excellence 6. Business Transformation 7. Lean Manufacturing 8. TPM & TQM 9. Business Process Excellence 10. People Management - Strong leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience in automotive, engineering, or industrial manufacturing. - Exposure to digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives. - MBA/PGDM or equivalent management qualification is an added advantage.
