Position: Head Strategic Procurement Industry: Automotive Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 18+ Years Job Description: We are hiring a senior procurement professional for a leading MNC in the automotive industry. The role will lead strategic procurement and sourcing initiatives, supplier development, cost optimization, negotiations, and procurement strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for automotive components/materials. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. - Drive cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and value optimization. - Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers. - Manage supplier performance, quality, cost, delivery, and risk. - Lead and mentor the procurement team. - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams. Key Requirements: - 18+ years of experience in Automotive Procurement / Strategic Sourcing. - Strong knowledge of automotive components and supplier ecosystem. - Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost reduction, and supplier development. - Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. - Candidates from reputed automotive/OEM/Tier-1 organizations preferred.
