Deputy General Manager - HR Business Partner - Automotive Business

1. Talent Management: - To enforce the implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organisation. 2. Budgeting and Staffing: - Actively participates in annual budget planning forecasting process with business partners. - Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and designs talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs. 3. Capability Building: - To facilitate capability building of employees in function and support in their personal as well as professional development thereby help them in achieving their goals. 4. Leadership Development: - Assess the talent needs within the organization and develop plans to identify, acquire, and develop the next generation of leaders. 5. Engagement Framework: - To design, develop and implement engagement framework to build productive and well engaged work force to attain business objectives.
