Overview Digital Shared Services, a Shared Health service, is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support the transformation of healthcare delivery through advanced information and communication technology (ICT).

This role focuses on enabling efficient, effective, and integrated information management systems across the provincial health sector.

The successful candidate will lead complex, large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives, working with diverse clinical and executive stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Work Location

This is a fully remote position within Canada . All services must be performed remotely from within Canada. Lead end-to-end delivery of digital health and operational transformation projects Manage large-scale, provincially scoped healthcare initiatives Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, physicians, senior leadership, and executives Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety Lead change management activities using structured methodologies (e.
