Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud.
As a Leader within the AWS Commercial Team, you will lead a high impact and diverse team who will - 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 3+ years managing and leading a quota-carrying sales team (hiring, coaching, performance management) - Experience selling cloud, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions to mid-market or enterprise customers - Experience with CRM systems (e.
g. , Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
