Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in serving as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, with the ability to influence decision-making through credible, data-backed recommendations. - Proven ability to navigate and lead through large-scale organizational change, with a deep understanding of how to manage stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work environment. - Advanced proficiency in HR analytics and workforce planning, with a track record of translating complex metrics into clear, actionable business narratives. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of resolving high-stakes employee relations issues with diplomacy, empathy, and sound judgment. - Strong operational knowledge of compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks, coupled with the ability to tailor these to specific business needs. - A minimum of 12 - 18 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth organizations. - A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred to ensure the depth of theoretical and practical knowledge required for this level. - High degree of adaptability and professional maturity, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site environment while maintaining strong remote team connectivity.
