Medtronic - Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: - Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and growth priorities. - Advise leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. - Coach leaders on employee engagement, performance management, change management, and leadership effectiveness. - Analyse business performance indicators and workforce trends to inform strategic people decisions. - Collaborate with Human Resources Centres of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning and Development, to deliver integrated talent solutions. - Support organisational transformation initiatives and guide leaders through periods of change and ambiguity. - Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making through business insight and human resources expertise. - Ensure consistent application of people practices and policies across multiple countries and business units. Required Knowledge and Experience: - 3+ years of HR Business Partnering / Generalist experience, partnering with business leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment. - Candidates from premier institutes may be considered with 3+ years of relevant experience. Preferred: - Experience partnering directly with senior leaders on organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. - Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organisational transformation, change management, and business growth initiatives. - Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial, operational, and workforce data to influence business decisions. - Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. - Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Operations teams to deliver integrated talent, compensation, learning, and organizational solutions. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive outcomes across multiple levels of the organization.
