Head - HR Operations & Technology Transformation

Role Overview: As the Head of HR Operations and Technology Transformation , you will serve as the strategic architect for our global HR ecosystem, bridging the gap between operational excellence and cutting-edge digital innovation. Based in Gandhinagar, you will lead the transformation of our HR service delivery model by integrating Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics to drive seamless employee experiences. You will partner closely with the CHRO, global business leaders, and IT stakeholders to overhaul legacy processes, ensuring that our HR technology stack is scalable, intuitive, and data-driven. Your leadership will directly influence business outcomes by optimizing workforce productivity, streamlining compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous digital evolution across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive HR technology roadmap for HR Operations that leverages Artificial Intelligence to automate routine operations and enhance decision-making capabilities for the leadership team. - Build capabilities in HR Automation, Analytics and AI in HR, to drive HR digital strategy. - Extensively leverage RPA, Data Science, Gen AI and Agentic tools to drive business outcomes like improving productivity and employee experience. - Lead the end-to-end transformation of HR service delivery, ensuring that global operations are standardized, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of our diverse workforce. Drive operational and service excellence through Lean practices and innovative solutions. - Oversee the implementation and optimization of enterprise-grade HRIS platforms to ensure data integrity, seamless integration, and improved user adoption across all business units. - Using Agentic and other AI Tools, develop and institutionalize an HR analytics framework that provides actionable insights into talent trends, attrition, and operational performance to support strategic business planning. - Manage complex stakeholder relationships by translating technical HR requirements into business-centric solutions that drive organizational agility and compliance. - Mentor and scale high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and operational rigor to maintain a competitive edge in the HR technology landscape. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in spearheading large-scale digital transformations within HR, with a proven ability to integrate AI-driven tools into existing operational workflows. - Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into compelling narratives that influence executive-level decision-making. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of navigating cross-functional environments and building consensus among diverse global teams. - Strong operational mindset with a deep understanding of global HR compliance, payroll, and service delivery models, ensuring that technology serves as an enabler rather than a bottleneck. - A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute, providing a solid foundation for strategic leadership. - Ability to thrive in a high-growth, on-site work environment in Gandhinagar, demonstrating the adaptability required to lead change in a fast-paced corporate setting. - Minimum of 18 - 25 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and HR Tech, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in process efficiency and employee experience.
