Manager - HR Technology We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the HR Technology function by driving HR digital transformation, HRMS governance, system optimization, process automation, analytics, and employee experience initiatives. The role will act as the bridge between HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient, scalable, and technology-enabled HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities A) HRMS Management & Governance: - Administer HRMS (Darwinbox), ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance frameworks. - Own configurations, workflows, approval matrices, and master data management. B) HR Digital Transformation: - Drive digitization across recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, rewards, payroll, and separation. - Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of new HR tech solutions. C) Project Management & Implementation: - Lead HRMS upgrades, migrations, UAT, and change management. - Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, and ensure adoption across locations. D) HR Analytics & Reporting: - Build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for headcount, attrition, performance, compensation, and productivity. - Deliver actionable insights to leadership. E) Integration & Technology Management: - Oversee integrations with payroll, attendance, finance, and enterprise applications. - Ensure system stability, security, and API/data exchange support. F) Employee & Manager Experience: - Enhance user experience via self-service platforms. - Resolve system queries, conduct training, and support manpower budgeting. G) Vendor & Stakeholder Management: - Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams. H) Compliance, Security & Audit: - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and audit readiness. - Maintain controls around data access and confidentiality. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - HRMS uptime and availability - Automation and digitization levels - User adoption rates - Accuracy of employee data - Resolution turnaround time - Project success rates - Employee satisfaction with HR tech platforms - Dashboard/reporting effectiveness Candidate Profile: - Age: 28 - 35 years (flexible for the right candidate) - Education: MBA (HR), MCA, or B.Tech; certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Darwinbox, Power BI preferred - Experience: 8 - 12 years in HR Technology/HR Operations/HR Analytics/Digital HR Transformation, preferably with premium manufacturing organizations - Technical Skills: HRMS administration, payroll integration, analytics (Power BI/Tableau/Excel), process automation, project management, data governance, information security - Behavioral Competencies: Analytical thinking, customer centricity, problem solving, stakeholder management, innovation, continuous improvement, attention to detail
