Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Brzegi (pow. wielicki) Your responsibilities • Coordinate, lead, and drive multiple projects of high complexity or multiple sub-projects • Lead and present project updates for management reviews, provide written updates, and status reports • Drive risk management process • Plans, reviews, and improves project costs • Drives total cost of ownership processes • Take care about project resource management • Drives across business and departments outside of specific functional area to break down barriers that may prevent project success • Coordinates with Customer Account Manager to act as the primary point of customer contact for the project. • Presents and represents project status to customer • Accountable for scope change management: responsible to orchestrate with the accountable leaders and team to be responsive to customers, project schedule, and deliverables. Our requirements • 3-5 years of experience in project management area • Proven experience in coordinating, leading, and driving multiple projects of high complexity or multiple sub-projects. • Pince2, IMPA or PMI certification or international equivalent will be an asset • Experience in APQP will be an asset. • Education in the field of engineering, economics and project management • Basic skills of agile project management; Scrum etc. • Ability to organize, monitor and coordinate several projects simultaneously • Experience in planning, organizing and managing the project life cycle (implementation in time, budgeting, customer relationship) • Ability to work under time pressure in interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment • Experience in taking care of communication and relationship with the business client, while maintaining a high level of project implementation quality • High interpersonal skills; to motivate others; negotiation and organizational skills • Attention to detail, focus on results and business results • The ability to think independently and analytically, the ability to work out compromises and set priorities • Very good knowledge of the MS Office environment (especially MS Excel) and MS Teams. • Knowledge of the ERP system will be an additional advantage • Very good command of the English language (B2/C1).
