Project Manager (k/m) Miejsce pracy: Elbląg Your responsibilities • Manage customer projects according to gear box and spare parts through the full product lifecycle, from order handover to final customer acceptance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the process of production. • Proper communication with client true all cycle of production • Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, milestones and reporting structures. • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Service and Order Execution functions. • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery, quality, cost or customer satisfaction. • Manage project scope, changes, risks and opportunities while ensuring proper documentation and governance. • Coordinate contractual deliverables, customer documentation, inspections, testing and final acceptance activities. • Lead regular project reviews and provide accurate status updates to management and customers. • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project execution effectiveness. Our requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. • Experience in managing customer-facing projects would be an advantage. • SAP software knowledge. • Experience managing customer-facing projects within an international organization. • Good understanding of project planning, risk management, change management and contract execution. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment. • Professional proficiency in English.
