The Client Manager is a key role responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success.

This position requires a balance of technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership abilities to manage client expectations, coordinate internal teams, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Facilitate regular client meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client goals.

Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and productive client experience. Define, document, and communicate client standards to internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

Project Oversight Lead project teams to deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Oversee and manage project details, including scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring profitability and successful outcomes.

Monitor and achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, revenue targets, and project timelines. Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, and project coordination, to ensure seamless project delivery. Identify and communicate scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and billing.
