What We’re Looking For We are seeking a multi-faceted Technical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to build skills in implementation, managed services, and ongoing client engagement while juggling multiple projects at once.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Sales, and Operations) to deliver exceptional digital experiences; such as local pages, guided search experiences, bespoke websites, and custom integrations.

You’ll also uncover new opportunities for client growth and contribute to platform enhancements and data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding (including front-end development concepts) with strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable project plans.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple concurrent digital projects: spanning implementation, managed services, and service growth initiatives, from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
