Coordinate across teams: Partner with Product, Technology, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and other stakeholders to align activities, track dependencies, and support effective handoffs.

Manage project risks and issues: Proactively identify, document, and monitor risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating significant concerns with clear context and potential next steps.

Create project visibility: Maintain accurate project documentation, progress trackers, action logs, and status reports to give stakeholders a reliable understanding of progress and priorities.

Support effective project meetings: Coordinate working sessions, prepare agendas, document decisions and action items, and follow through with owners to maintain momentum.
