Responsibilities

Plans project tasks to ensure optimal use of team capacity; Works closely with the project, operational and account teams to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks within the allocated timeline and budget; Communicates effectively with clients on status and to progress the project; Ensures effective workflow throughout the project lifecycle; Ensures processes are adhered to by the team, including complete, up to date and accurate project documentation and tracking; Proactively monitors project status: identifies and resolves issues; identifies and manages project risks; Leads project team meetings; Ensures timely planning and management of client invoicing; Provides input to account managers to develop realistic effort estimates, project budgets and timelines for new business proposals; Identifies and recommends opportunities to improve effectiveness and effi
