Head - Sales - Commercial EV Financing

What we're looking for - 8+ years in loan sales or lending, with 3-4 years managing large distributed field teams - Experience in two-wheeler, three-wheeler, or commercial vehicle financing strongly preferred - A first-principles problem solver who has redesigned a broken sales process - not just inherited and scaled one - Comfortable building an MIS dashboard independently; working command over Excel or BI tools - Understands loan unit economics: CAC, yield, collection cost - not just disbursement volume - Strong track record in semi-urban and tier 2-3 field markets - Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in the commercial EV financing segment, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. - Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with fleet operators, logistics aggregators, and EV manufacturers to build a robust and sustainable sales pipeline. - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing them with the necessary guidance and market insights to navigate complex B2B financing negotiations. - Partner with the credit and risk departments to streamline the loan underwriting process, balancing aggressive growth objectives with prudent asset quality management.
