Senior Talent Acquisition Manager - Executive Search

Key Responsibilities: - Lead senior and leadership hiring mandates across functions and geographies. - Drive end-to-end Executive Search and Talent Acquisition processes. - Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche and senior-level positions. - Build strong talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals and research. - Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring leaders to understand business and talent requirements. - Conduct candidate assessment, market intelligence and talent benchmarking. - Manage candidate engagement and the complete recruitment lifecycle through offer closure. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior candidates and external search networks. - Provide insights on talent availability, market trends and competitive talent landscapes. - Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Mandatory Requirements: - Strong experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring and Senior Talent Acquisition. - Prior experience with an Executive Search or Recruitment firm is mandatory. - Candidates currently working with search firms are encouraged to apply. - Professionals who have recently moved from a search firm into a corporate TA role are also eligible. - Strong exposure to senior-level leadership hiring. - Excellent stakeholder management, candidate engagement and communication skills. - Ability to operate across international and multicultural talent markets.
