Air Freight - Key Account Executive

Air Freight Key Account Support Executive Working Location: Changi Alps Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm | Alternate Sat, 8:30am-12:30pm The Job: • Support end-to-end air freight import and export shipments for key customers. • Coordinate the entire shipment process and ensure operations comply with customer SOPs. • Plan cargo space, monitor flight uplift and provide early updates on potential delays. • Liaise with customers, overseas offices and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies. • Proactively resolve operational issues and implement recovery actions to prevent service failures. • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and KPI reports for customers. • Ensure high service standards and smooth coordination between Customer Service and Operations teams. The Talent: • Minimum GCE N/O Level or Diploma. • Minimum 1 year of air freight operations experience . • Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience preferred. • Experience handling operations and billing functions . • Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills. • Familiarity with logistics systems such as CW1 and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
