Freight Executive (Air Freight) [EL]

Serve as the main liaison for customers on freight-related inquiries, bookings, and shipment status updates Coordinate with internal departments, carriers, and external service providers to ensure smooth and timely cargo operations Address customer complaints efficiently, providing quick and effective solutions to ensure a positive service experience Prepare and verify all required shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and import/export paperwork Track shipments and proactively inform customers of any updates, delays, or issues Assist in preparing freight quotations and support rate negotiations with customers Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the system Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies Collaborate with the sales team by responding to service-related questions and supporting follow-up with clients Proactively seek areas for improvement in service processes to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
