Air Freight Operations Executive (Key Account Support)

Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are located in East. Job Scope Manage and coordinate the end-to-end shipment process for customers.

Plan and arrange cargo space, monitor flight uplift status , and follow up on potential delays. Liaise with customers, destination offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution . Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and service failures .

Prepare and maintain operational and KPI reports for customers.

Requirements

Strong coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems such as CW1 or other related systems.
