About the Role
This is a leadership role built for an experienced CFP® leader who wants to stay connected to members while driving company-wide impact.
This person will direct a high-performing pod of financial planners, serve as the internal subject matter expert for a key practice area, and partner directly with the Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
They will also maintain a small, select member practice of 25–35 members to pilot new ideas and model best practices for their team.
Requirements
What You’ll Do Guide a dedicated team of CFP® professionals, coaching them on both technical mastery and the human side of financial planning—helping them build deep trust and deliver clear, actionable advice.
