VP Talent Acquisition & HR Operations | 1518 Years | Chennai Hiring an experienced Vice President Human Resource Management to lead the complete HR function for a large GCC environment. This is an excellent opportunity for senior HR professionals with strong expertise in HR Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Compliance, and HR Transformation. Responsibilities: - Lead the overall HR strategy, workforce planning, and organization development aligned with business objectives. - Drive Talent Acquisition, leadership hiring, succession planning, and talent management initiatives. - Oversee Compensation & Benefits, performance management, salary reviews, incentives, and rewards. - Lead HR transformation, culture-building, employee experience, and change management initiatives. - Ensure strong HR compliance, governance, policies, statutory requirements, and audit readiness. - Lead HR teams across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, C&B, and Employee Relations, while partnering with senior leadership. Requirements: - 15 - 18 years of progressive HR experience with strong senior HR leadership exposure. - Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline. - Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, C&B, HR Strategy, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Relations. - Experience managing large HR teams within a GCC, shared services, BFSI, technology, or multinational environment. - Strong experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, organizational development, and people governance. - Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnering, and people leadership skills.
