Location: Western Sydney Salary Package: $120k - $140k + Super + Company Car + Commissions Territory: NSW & QLD Role Highlights Join a market-leading technical solutions provider as an Account Manager managing high-value customers across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and chemosafety sectors. This office-based role focuses on account growth, complex sales cycles, senior stakeholder engagement and building long-term customer partnerships. Role Overview Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will own key accounts, develop growth strategies and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. You will manage complex sales opportunities from discovery through to negotiation and close, working closely with technical and operational teams to deliver the right solutions. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention • Manage complex, long-cycle sales opportunities and pipelines • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers • Identify account growth and cross-selling opportunities • Lead account reviews, proposals, tenders and negotiations • Partner with technical and operational teams on customer solutions • Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and account reporting Candidate Profile We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager with experience across complex B2B sales environments.
