Job Description
Our tech client is looking for an Events Project Manager to work closely with internal stakeholders to support and manage first- and third-party events, executive side meetings, and executive roundtables.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting large-scale events within a fast-paced technology environment and is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
This role requires strong communication skills, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
The team helps startups accelerate growth by providing access to technical support, sales and marketing resources, new growth opportunities, and the ability to scale through a global ecosystem. ** This is a fully remote contract position; however, occasional travel in Europe may be required to support on-site events.
The contract is expected to run through 6/30/27, with potential for extension. Candidates must be local to London, England, UK.
** Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end event support for a portfolio of predetermined first- and third-party events ranging from small executive engagements to large-scale events with 100,000+ attendees Establish and manage Rhythm of Business (RoB) processes and event planning workflows Create and distribute event communications, including emails, newsletters, stakeholder updates, and post event follow-ups Coordinate speaker logistics and content management Lead planning calls and meetings with partners and internal stakeholders to support event prep Manage ongoing communications with internal stakeholders, external partners, show organizers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget Develop and maintain detailed project plans and workback schedules with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and deadlines Support booth planning and design coordination when applicable Coordinate executive, customer and external partner engagement
