JOB PURPOSE: Leap Event Technology is looking for a client service minded, detail-oriented, and proactive Implementation Manager with strong project management skills to join our team. Implementation Managers drive client onboarding and configuration, and are key to successful deployments.

The Implementation Manager is a product expert in Leap Event Technology ’s suite of event technology products, including experiences and ticketing, and collaborates with colleagues across all departments to meet the client and operational goals and ensure the client is trained on ticketing products and equipped for long term success.
