About the role As our Senior People & Talent Operations Partner, you'll own People Ops as a product: the systems, compliance, and self-serve workflows that let most of People & Culture run itself day to day, plus the tooling behind how we hire.

You'll join a lean, two-person team, working directly with me, with proper and lasting ownership from day one. Payroll, compliance, and HR systems across every (35, currently!) country we operate in are foundational elements of this role.
