THE OPPORTUNITY At Salesloft, our People Operations Generalist is a pivotal part of our success as the go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization, and — with the help of the broader People team — manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding, including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business, and lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance. On a day-to-day basis, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews. - Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law. - Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees. - Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization. - Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention. - Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects. - Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS Required: - Bachelor's degree - 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management - Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization - High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience Preferred: - Experience with HiBob HRIS - A passion for teamwork and
