The Product team plays a critical role in building scalable digital capabilities, enabling seamless customer journeys, integrating with partners and strengthening technology-led distribution and servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Product Ownership: Own products and journeys end-to-end from problem identification and product strategy to execution, launch and continuous improvement. - Digital Product Development: Design and enhance customer, partner and internal-facing digital journeys across acquisition, onboarding, policy issuance, servicing and engagement. - Partnership & API Products: Work closely with banks, fintechs, aggregators and other strategic partners to build scalable API-led integrations and digital propositions. - Product Strategy: Translate business objectives and customer needs into product roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes. - Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Technology, Business, Operations, Distribution, Compliance, Risk and external partners to drive product delivery. - Requirements & Execution: Own product requirements, user journeys, PRDs, acceptance criteria and prioritisation while ensuring timely execution. - Data & Analytics: Use customer, funnel and product data to identify opportunities, diagnose drop-offs and improve product performance. - Experimentation & Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, funnel optimisation, customer feedback and structured experimentation. - Stakeholder Management: Manage senior stakeholders and multiple business/technology teams, balancing competing priorities and driving decisions. - Product Governance: Ensure products and journeys comply with applicable insurance, regulatory, risk, security and organisational requirements. - Product Performance: Define and track relevant KPIs covering adoption, conversion, engagement, operational efficiency and business outcomes. Key Skills: - Strong Product Management fundamentals with experience in 0-1 and/or 1-N product development - Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and UX - Experience working with APIs, system integrations and technology platforms - Strong product analytics and data-driven decision-making - Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking - Strong PRD, user story and product documentation skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum product development - Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management skills - Ability to work effectively with Technology and Engineering teams - Understanding of B2B2C / partnership-led products will be an advantage - Exposure to financial services, insurance, banking, fintech or other regulated businesses preferred What We're Looking For: - We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can take ownership rather than simply manage requirements. The ideal candidate should: - Have 5-8 years of relevant experience post-MBA, with meaningful experience in product management. - Have demonstrated ownership of products or significant product journeys from problem definition through launch and scale. - Be comfortable operating at the intersection of Business, Technology, Customer and Partners. - Have experience building products in a fast-paced, technology-led environment. - Be able to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop solutions and drive execution. - Have strong commercial thinking and understand how product decisions translate into business outcomes. - Be comfortable working with APIs, integrations, data and technology teams without necessarily being a technologist. - Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Be highly execution-oriented, with the ability to move from strategy-roadmap-requirements-delivery-measurement. - Ideally bring experience from insurance, banking, fintech, consumer internet, marketplaces or other digital businesses. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who thinks like a Product Owner, not a Project Manager - someone who can identify the problem, define the right solution, bring teams together and own the outcome.
