Flipkart - Senior Operations Manager - Retail

About the Role: - Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Fill rate, Forward & Reverse Losses, Inventory Hygiene. - Monitor shipment flow, Open pendency, damages, process adherence, material handling for Minutes Supply Chain. - Focus on execution of initiatives / product features from E2E perspective. - Point person for liaising between Product / Tech / Ops/Quality and Design teams. - Program manage the prep for key events such as BBD and ensure loss reduction by employing the predefined and/or newly identified/aligned levers. - Manage Assets operations by close monitoring of operations, stakeholder management & designing right playbooks. - Pull up input and output loss metrics to generate insights/RCA on loss reduction. - Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts. - Provide inputs to Product with CT's point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholders. - Conceptualize and own action items to reduce losses across minutes supply chain. To succeed in this role you should have the following: - Proactive engagement to solve customer issues before they escalate, a keen ability to gather and act on customer feedback to drive customer experience improvements, and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving customer needs. - Continuously strive to improve accuracy of delivery, speed & efficiency of operations & visibility of touchpoints. - Success in this role is measured not only by individual performance but also by the ability to contribute to a culture of Customer Obsession that aligns with our strategic goals as a leading e-Commerce organization. Qualification: - B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes).
