Website: https://fyerx.com Experience Required: 1–3 years Work Arrangement: Work from Office (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹2.5 LPA for the initial 12 months Salary After 1 Year: ₹3.5 LPA, based on performance Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals across different technologies and experience levels. The candidate should be comfortable working in a remote environment, managing multiple job requirements, maintaining regular follow-ups, and delivering quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities • Understand technical job requirements and candidate specifications shared by hiring managers or clients. • Source suitable IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, project exposure, location, availability, notice period, and compensation expectations. • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ communication skills, technical background, job interest, and overall suitability for the role. • Source candidates for IT roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, React Developers, Angular Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, and other technical positions. • Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers. • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for interview availability, interview feedback, selection updates, documentation, and joining status. • Share candidate profiles in the required format, along with relevant details such as current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location, and availability. • Maintain accurate candidate records, job status, interview schedules, sourcing details, and recruitment trackers using Zoho Recruit, ATS platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant tools. • Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals for current and future hiring requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process. • Assist with offer coordination, document collection, background-verification follow-ups, and joining formalities when required. • Meet assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets. • Stay updated on current IT skills, technology trends, recruitment practices, and sourcing methods. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing recruitment. Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for technical and IT roles. Basic understanding of IT technologies, skills, job titles, and technical recruitment terminology. Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, SQL, AWS, Azure, DevOps, testing, data analytics, and cloud platforms is preferred. Strong experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, social-media sourcing, and referral-based recruitment. Familiarity with Zoho Recruit, ATS, HRMS, CRM, or recruitment-tracking tools will be an added advantage. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong follow-up, negotiation, coordination, time-management, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple open requirements, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. High level of professionalism, ownership, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
