We bridge talent gaps in tech, sales, and operations by combining intelligent sourcing with performance-based recruitment models—helping companies scale faster while offering recruiters high-impact, target-based compensation. Role & Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment cycles for high-volume tech and non-tech roles—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates within tight timelines. • Execute targeted outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, Naukri, and internal talent pools to hit daily/weekly hiring targets (10–15 roles/month). • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, company culture, and candidate expectations for accurate shortlisting. • Leverage CRM tools and ATS platforms to track, manage, and report pipeline metrics with 100% accuracy. • Maintain candidate experience excellence—conducting warm, consultative interviews and providing timely feedback. • Optimize recruitment workflows by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to reduce time-to-hire.
